There's no national collection for police misconduct statistics in the United States, so David Packman started his own based on media reports. He does an amazing amount of work, but he's had some tough times both personally (on the receiving end of police misconduct described here) and financially (described here). So check out the website and toss him a few bucks if you have any money.
Police misconduct is something that I have a very strong interest in, and I've been in communication with the local police chief on presenting statistics on these to the public in my small town.
